Deliveries of ready-made products are carried out by courier in 1-3 working days.

In the event that a product is not available, due to depletion of stocks, the delivery time increases and is determined on a case-by-case basis, while the customer is also informed by phone or e-mail.

The shipping cost is €2.50, with any payment method, for all of Greece (except hard-to-reach areas).

If the customer chooses cash on delivery as a payment method, the cost of this is €2.50.

The cost for shipments to Cyprus is an additional €9 for delivery in 7 working days. If the customer for shipping to Cyprus chooses cash on delivery as a payment method, the cost of this is €2.50. Free shipping costs do not apply to shipments to Cyprus!

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

It is possible to pick it up from the physical store. Orders for in-store pickup are processed the same or next business day and you will be notified by phone when they are ready. In-store pickup orders do not incur shipping costs. Orders that remain pending for more than 3 days are automatically released.

 

Return and exchange policy

A. Changes - returns of products before delivery

 

- The Customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products (right of withdrawal before delivery). Any request to exchange or return a product must be sent within 15 full days of receiving the product. Requests to change or return products after the 15-month period are accepted only in the case of defective products in accordance with Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

 

Terms and conditions for product exchange or return validity

A) Return or change of the entire product: Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) concern the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on a part of the product only.

B) Status of returned products: The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer's expense. C) Shipping of the products to concertokids.gr: The shipping of the products to be returned or exchanged within Greece is free of charge, in the cases where this is provided for, only through the same courier company with which the product was sent for the first time. In case of sending the product for return or exchange with another courier company, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.

For any product that is returned or for which an exchange is requested, the Customer must include a copy of the original purchase receipt when shipping it.

 Money return

 

As soon as concertokids.gr receives a request to return or change a product and if the above conditions are met, it will credit the Customer's card with the relevant amount. It usually takes 7 working days to process the request and complete the credit registration. The Customer will be notified once the return/exchange request has been fully processed. In the aforementioned case where concertokids.gr is entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products, it will have the right to offset the relevant amount of the claimed compensation with the price to be refunded.
